After booking your appointment you will receive an email confirming the date & time of your session, which will also include advice on how to prepare for your Hypnotherapy session. On the day, after an initial introduction, discussion & questions you will be reclined & safely guided into a state of hypnosis. This is a natural state that anyone & everyone can achieve. During the session & exploration - positive seeds will be firmly planted for you to flourish on awakening.
