Kate is a beautiful soul - warm, welcoming & truly radiant. From the very first moment, she made me feel safe, heard & understood. Her calm presence & gentle approach created an atmosphere of complete trust, even though it was my very first time meeting her.

Before the immersion of QHHT we had an introductory interview that felt so peaceful & supportive. I felt held as I shared my story, my insights, my challenges & even my deepest secrets. It felt natural & pleasant to open up & I knew those reflections would later guide the journey in my meditative state.

The Healing Shed itself was warm, cosy & spotless - filled with high-vibration energy & a sense of divine presence. In just a few breaths, I felt completely relaxed. Kate’s soothing voice & steady guidance reassured me that the space was safe, allowing me to surrender fully. Almost instantly, I felt deeply connected to Source - I became light itself, filled with joy so profound that I cried tears of happiness.

Although I am experienced in meditation, I had never before journeyed into my past lives. This immersion was unlike anything I had imagined -  the experiences felt incredibly real, even to the point of being able to feel & smell them. With the simple intention of discovering what my highest self wanted me to see in this moment of my life, I received powerful answers -  for both my health & my life path in general. The clarity & insights that came through were deeply meaningful & healing.

Kate follows her protocols with dedication & integrity, holding the container with pure presence & light. She is the embodiment of compassion & wisdom - a rare diamond, a true embodiment of pure light. I feel immense gratitude for the experience & highly recommend her to anyone curious about exploring past lives or seeking deep inner healing.

My Reiki experiences with Kate at The Healing Shed Somerset have been none other than life altering. As a child I was diagnosed with multiple mental health issues (BPD, depression & eating disorders) later evolving into addiction; these left me feeling deflated, afraid & unarmoured. 

Through healing with Kate, I have been able to balance out my chakras, dive deep into my childhood trauma & begin to work on building myself up both mentally & physically, in a way that no other prescription could compare. 

I trust in Kate's authenticity &  I give thanks to her work & healing hands, for showing me the light in some of my darkest moments. 

Kate is an attentive, caring, empathic & utterly professional facilitator. A beautifully held healing space & for me, a deeply profound moving experience in ways I have yet to find words for. I sit in gratitude to Kate for holding a safe sacred space for me.

I will be forever grateful for the day I met Kate. I have tried many different treatments and therapies over the years but was yet to explore Past Life Regression and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I knew I wanted to experience this but I also knew it needed to be with the right person. That person was Kate. 

Kate made me feel so comfortable and at ease right from the word go. Not just through her knowledge and reassurance but for her very evident passion for what she does. The experience itself was absolutely mind blowing, beyond anything I could have imagined. What is still wowing me now is the impact it’s had on my healing journey. 

Since having my regression there have been a number of shifts in my life, healings in areas I’ve been working on for many years but had reached a point where I couldn’t get any further. Relationships with family have reached a place of such peace and acceptance and most of all love, something I’ve been searching for for as long as I can remember. My time with Kate has been the catalyst to such a huge healing shift that is still ongoing. 

It is since my regression that I have even reconnected and traced family I had lost over 20 years ago and am now building on relationships with them and learning more about my history. 

For anyone who is curious or simply feels they are looking for something but not sure what, then I couldn’t recommend Kate enough. I look forward to further sessions and discovering even more.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to undertake a QHHT session with Kate this summer. 

I should start by saying that I have never done anything of this nature before and am a rather reserved individual but Kate's kindness and openness settled my nerves and under her guidance some deep truths were revealed; being able to listen to the recording later was also enormously helpful. 

I felt more settled in myself, freer, and more hopeful after the session concluded. I can recommend Kate with complete confidence, not just for her work but the grace and understanding she brings with it. It remains only to say, thank you. 

I've done hypnosis before and had other past life experiences, so I knew what to expect. Kate was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the subject and put me at ease immediately. She made sure I was completely comfortable before we began and we discussed things I was hoping to get out of the session. 

Kate took me into a really deep hypnosis and I ended up visiting 2 past lives. She asked plenty of questions, to help me get the most out of where I was but gave me enough time and space to explore and remember details. 

Coming round I felt I could take my time and was at no point rushed or hurried. I would definitely recommend Kate and will be coming back for more Past Life Regression sessions. I am still getting more clues and answers coming through, in the days since my hypnosis, helping me understand current issues that I am dealing with in this present lifetime.
