Reiki is a Japanese word (Rei: Universal Spiritual Consciousness & Ki:  Universal Life Force). 

Reiki is a non invasive method of energy healing that is channelled from the Universal Source which utilises the Reiki Practitioner as a vessel. Reiki is described as intelligent energy which travels to any area of the body that requires healing & further supporting the body to find it's own balance.

Holy Fire® Reiki energy is noticeably more refined, evolved & is channelled from a higher level of consciousness.  It provides purification, empowerment, guidance & healing. Holy Fire® Reiki works directly with your spirit which allows the potential for developing higher levels of consciousness within you.  

I continue to honour my strong lineage with Mikao Usui & follow the traditional Usui Reiki teachings while also inviting the evolution energies of Holy Fire® Reiki.

What to Expect:

On the day after an initial introduction & discussion, you are invited to lay or sit. Reiki is channelled through the palms of the practitioners hands, they act as a conduit for the Universal Life Force energy. Hands are then placed lightly on or above the body where I am intuitively guided, allowing Reiki to flow where it is needed.

Initial Reiki Session - 90 mins

Subsequent Reiki Sessions - 1 hour

There are times in life when even the smallest journey can feel like too much - when the body calls for rest or when being in your own space feels safest & most supportive.

For those moments, I offer a small number of Reiki at Home visits, allowing you to receive gentle, restorative energy within the comfort of your own surroundings. 

These sessions are offered with care & reverence. They are reserved for those who are genuinely unable to attend in-person sessions at the Shed. This helps me to honour both the energy required to travel & to keep this offering available to those who need it most.

Home visits are £65 within a 5 miles radius of Burnham-on-Sea, with a small additional fee for further distances.

What to Expect:

On the day after an initial introduction you'll be invited to settle into a position that feels most comfortable for you - this can be seated in your own chair or lying down on my mobile therapy couch. Reiki is then offered through the palms of the practitioners hands, they act as a conduit for the Universal Life Force energy. Hands are then placed lightly on or above the body where I am intuitively guided, allowing the energy to flow where it is needed. Each experience is unique & you will be held in a calm, respectful & safe space throughout the session.

Initial Reiki Session - 90 mins

Subsequent Reiki Sessions - 1 hour

Wherever you are in the world you can receive Reiki through distance healing because it's energy & it's quantum, transcending both time & space.  You don't need to be in the same room, same town, country or Universe! The Distance Reiki symbol utilised during the remote healing session has Universal connection properties, acting as a bridge between the cosmos & Earth. This symbol also crosses time & allows healing to be sent to past lives, parallel lives & future lives.

Remember, distance just does not exist for energy.

What to Expect:

On the day & time of your appointment I would invite you to find somewhere quite to sit or lay where you won't be disturbed for the next hour. Create a comfortable space where you are able to completely relax, this will allow you to openly receive & with intent, feel the healing energies of Reiki which I am facilitating. Once the session ends, I will email with a follow up.
