The Medicine Within is a space to pause, turn inward & reconnect with the natural rhythms of the Earth & the wisdom within ourselves. 

These inclusive monthly gatherings follow the Wheel of the Year, with each gathering taking its inspiration from the changing seasons, the elements & the energy of the natural world.

As the wheel turns, so do we. Each month offers a different theme & an opportunity to explore where we are in our own lives, honour the season we find ourselves in & create space for reflection, connection & personal discovery.

Our gatherings gently weave together seasonal practices, guided meditation & healing sounds - creating an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life & return to a more grounded, present way of being. Whether we’re exploring the art of letting go, planting seeds of intention, honouring the light within or simply allowing ourselves to rest, each gathering offers something different.

There is no experience needed, no expectation to be anything other than yourself. Whether you feel deeply connected to nature & spirituality or are simply curious to explore, there is space for you here.

The Medicine Within is about connection - to the Earth, to one another & to the part of ourselves that can so easily become lost beneath the noise of everyday life. A chance to slow down, breathe, listen & remember that sometimes the greatest medicine is found not in seeking answers outside of ourselves but in creating the space to hear what is already within.
